1. Operator identity
Sandeesa is the name of a Pakistan-based digital invitation and software service operated by Abdul Rehman. The official website is https://sandeesa.com, and the current public contact email is sandeesa.official@gmail.com.
2. Sandeesa platform materials
Except for customer content and identified third-party materials, the Sandeesa software, source code, user interface, original invitation templates, visual systems, documentation, text, graphics, logos, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. They are protected under applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchasing or using the service gives the customer a limited right to use the selected features and resulting invitation for the agreed event or service period. It does not transfer ownership of the platform, reusable templates, source code, or Sandeesa branding.
3. Customer content remains customer-owned
Customers retain ownership of the photographs, audio, written stories, names, event details, guest lists, RSVP data, and other original material they submit, to the extent they own that material. Sandeesa does not claim ownership merely because content is uploaded, arranged in a template, or hosted through the service.
Customers grant Sandeesa a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, process, format, display, and transmit their content as needed to create, operate, secure, and support the requested invitation or service. This permission ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, transaction records, disputes, and legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Customer responsibilities
A customer must have permission to use every item supplied to Sandeesa, including music, photographs, fonts, artwork, personal information, and third-party logos. The customer is responsible for obtaining licences, consents, or approvals required for publication and sharing.
5. Third-party services and marks
Maps, calendar services, messaging applications, Wallet services, hosting providers, payment providers such as Safepay, fonts, and other integrations may contain materials or trademarks owned by their respective providers. Their presence does not transfer ownership to Sandeesa or imply that Sandeesa owns those services or marks.
6. Reporting an ownership concern
To report suspected infringement or an ownership error, email sandeesa.official@gmail.com with your contact details, the material concerned, its location on Sandeesa, the basis of your claim, and any supporting evidence. We may request additional information before acting and will review credible reports promptly.
