  • Yes. You can build, save, and privately preview an invitation for free. A paid package is required only when you are ready to publish and share it with guests.

  • No. Basic, Standard, and Premium each apply to one invitation workspace per purchase. Basic includes 1 event inside that invitation, Standard up to 4 events, and Premium up to 8 events. A second separate invitation needs another purchase unless a written Custom quote specifically includes multiple invitations.

  • Basic is designed for one small celebration: one invitation with one event, up to 100 guests, 5 gallery photos, one language, a single public link, and basic RSVP. It is a good fit for Birthdays, Baby Showers, Aqeeqah, Dinner, Engagement, or a simple Nikah. The Basic plan stays attached to that invitation and does not disappear after the event.

  • No for the same invitation. You can upgrade that invitation and pay only the difference between the current tier and the higher tier at the prices shown at checkout. For example, Basic to Standard is currently PKR 2,000 and Standard to Premium is PKR 6,000. A completely separate invitation needs its own plan.

  • It is an optional done-for-you preparation service. Basic is +PKR 1,500, Standard +PKR 2,500, and Premium +PKR 4,500. Using the content you provide, Sandeesa can enter names, dates, venues, included events, supplied photos or audio, and an initial guest list, with one setup/revision round. It does not increase your package's invitation, event, guest, theme, or feature limits.

  • Yes on Standard and Premium, which include personalized guest links and event-level permissions. You choose exactly which events each guest sees. Basic uses one event and a single public invitation link.

  • Dholki, Mayun, Quran Khwani, Mehndi, Nikah, Barat, Valima, Engagement, Reception, and custom celebration names are supported. Your package determines how many events can be published inside one invitation.

  • Yes. Basic can share its single public invitation link through WhatsApp. Standard and Premium can also use personalized guest links and pre-filled guest messages from the dashboard.

  • No. Guests open the invitation link and reply without creating a Sandeesa account.

  • Yes where the selected theme supports it. Basic includes one language, Standard up to two languages, and Premium supports all currently supported languages.

  • Yes. Basic, Standard, and Premium can keep editing the same invitation after it is published. The package still controls how many events, guests, themes, languages, and advanced features that invitation can use. Custom editing rights follow the written quote.

  • Standard and Premium include custom audio. Please upload only audio you have the right to share. Basic does not include custom audio.

  • Standard and Premium include guest-list CSV export. Basic does not include CSV export.

  • Personalized guest data is protected by access controls. On plans with personal guest links, each guest sees only the invitation information and event access assigned to that link.

  • Customer media is stored in private application storage associated with the relevant invitation and is served as needed to provide the invitation experience.
